One way to keep ourselves focused on our goals, solve life’s problems and discover our real purpose in life is by reading inspirational books. It provides a more spiritual approach in inspiring us to achieve a sense of fulfillment and bring out the best of us. It also aids us in building a better relationship with God so that we can be ready for any trials that come our way.
I did not believe that reading Christian books can turn my life around until I came across a bookstore a few years ago. I just checked it out to see what’s inside and I saw a lot of inspirational Christian books. One of the books that caught my attention was the book entitled “Get Fit And Live!” which was written by don colbert md. I immediately read it when I got home. True enough, I learned a lot of things that changed my life for the better. I had a more positive outlook in life, found out about the true reason of my existence and got a deeper relationship with the Lord. I even recommended it to my friends so that they can experience the same revelations that they had and to help them when they face challenges or feel lost as well. I also tried to know the other works of don colbert mdso I can update myself on his new teachings. So whenever I experience new problems or need another way to stay inspired, I go back to search for more Christian books in the Christian book store.
During the early days of children computer games, there was a relentless effort to destroy the games and the game companies because they are bad for the education of children. The computer games on the other hand were painted as greedy businesses which cause illness and poor grades on our children. The attitude began to change when math and computer tests show that children who had a good dose of computer games when they were much younger are more likely to get higher scores in the government-sponsored tests like SAT and the tests for potential pilots. The formal educational system is corrupted and many question its efficiency. Young American children cannot compete well with their counterparts from Western Europe and the Far East. The results are truly saddening especially for those people who dedicated their lives and profession for the good of the public education system. Thanks to computer games and online games, children can get a good score and educators can restore their hope of a society populated by intelligent people.
Instead of looking at the Free Online Educational Kids Games as bad influences to our children, the educators are slowly embracing them as excellent alternative but efficient educational/teaching tools. The scores show that kids who got a good dose of computer games are more likely to get good SAT scores. Thus, the campaign to end the computer games has virtually ended and there are few complaints these days against computer shops and game makers. If you want your child to develop well in this modern competitive world, it would be better if you let him play online games.
If there would be some persons on earth who should be last on the list to suffer, that should be the children. The orphanage that I work for as a volunteer, is connected with an international charity that funds everything that these abandoned children need. We get immense help from the national and local governments too, especially a great hand from the social services, as well as other philanthropists who support our cause. We have the best support system that any non government service provider would look for.
We have been tending to abandoned children for over five years now. Despite the goodwill at which this organization works, we have likewise been the easy targets of ruthless intruders who would just scare the children for a thrill. This first incident was followed by a break in through the kitchen which was just wiped out our food supplies for a good month.
